Course must be booked in advance
Location: all classes take place in the Espace Forme at a depth of 1.3m.
Special timetable: during school holidays in zone A (Bordeaux-Poitiers), the 2pm and 3pm classes take place at 5pm on the same day.
Capacity:
- We welcome a maximum of 30 people in Aquagym classes.
- Classes on Mondays and Fridays from 3pm to 3.45pm must be booked in advance.
- No classes on public holidays.
Conditions :
- A medical certificate is required for aquatic activities.
- Aquagym classes are not open to under-16s, even when accompanied by an adult.
Classes may be cancelled in the event of technical problems (non-compliant pool analyses, temperature problems, etc.).
