Les Journées des Moulins en France:
These days devoted exclusively to mills are essential for demonstrating the importance of this heritage in the economic, human and technological history of the continent. These days also serve to promote the potential that mills represent for the future.
Owners of public or private mills and cultural and heritage associations are encouraged to open their sites to the general public.
As in previous years, conferences, exhibitions, events and the production of local products will be organised,
and the production of products made from the millstone. Opening up old millstone extraction sites is a great initiative. After all, aren't the millstones at the heart of the mill?
