In addition to its nutritional functions, it has been used since ancient times for its many virtues. Bruno Lugan, a beekeeper, will talk to you about the art of keeping bees (200 hives) and their very specific organisation within the hive. The honey harvest will be explained to you in the "miellerie". An afternoon full of flavour, where you can also taste the delicious white nougat and gingerbread produced by the beekeeper.
