I offer an introduction to the use of Tibetan bowls + 1 energy rebalancing treatment using Tibetan bowls. The bowls I work with are of the highest quality, certified with the 7 metals, and come directly from Nepal.

I guarantee you a sensory experience rich in sound and vibration.
The workshop is as follows
1- the history of bowls and their virtues - details of their composition - how they are made - how to recognise a bowl - where they come from...
I'll teach you how to recognise the various qualities of bowls that exist and can be found on the market, so that you'll know how to recognise them and have an expert eye!
2- sound and energy meditation
I'll work on your chakras to rebalance your energies... and all you have to do is enjoy the moment and rest... not bad!
3- putting into practice what we've learnt together in the form of a workshop
The Tibetan bowls are real jewels in a life, and bring a lot of good in a life, in a house, in one's home...
open to all
Children are welcome too, and I think introducing them to relaxation is a wonderful gift that parents can pass on.
And for those who wish... you can leave with your own Tibetan bowl, as there will be some for sale on the day, which you can test, handle and above all make your own.
