He has participated in numerous exhibitions and has received several awards, including the Grand Prix Départemental des Métiers d'Art .
In 2004, Jean Moreau went to Limoges to learn the technique of enamel on copper from master enamellers. He then created a workshop where he creates enamel paintings on copper and participates in exhibitions in the region: La Rochelle, Saintes, Cognac but also in the South: Alès.
Also attracted by ceramics, he participates, during stays in the Gard, in training courses in particular of raku. He sometimes combines raku and enamels to create paintings. This mixture guides him more and more towards the creation of abstract paintings.
