Start at the town hall square: cross the D2 opposite the town hall, pass the grocery shop. Follow the D2 to the left, cross it again, then walk along the school and the old football pitch, go through the woods and turn left at the edge.
At the crossroads, enter the wood, turn right and go out. After a short passage through the undergrowth, continue along the edge of the wood.
After La Combe, keep the same direction and go up to the Grande Rente and the Calvaire des Moulins (alt: 101m). Continue on the hillside towards an old mill.
Turn right onto the D249E5, then right again onto a grassy path leading down through the vineyards. At Poineau, go left and descend to the edge of the forest and into the undergrowth.
Follow the D249 to the left. Opposite Chez Bergeon, pass between the vines towards Chez Piconnet. Continue towards a wood. After chez Bégouin, follow the right-hand path towards the Trèfle stream (on the right, La Cannonerie, the former hunting lodge of François 1er).
Take a small road to the right which approaches the Trèfle. After the Périer water mill, turn right and go up to Bois d'Archat. Go left between the houses, then undergrowth on an old railway track.
Take the road on the right, then on the left the D149. Continue between the Tâtre and Trèfle poplar groves. Approach the hamlet of Chez Nocent, then turn right towards the stream at 200m.
Join the Tâtre and turn left to the water mill at Chez Chiron. Cross the Tâtre and go up to the château de Meux.
At the crossroads, enter the wood, turn right and go out. After a short passage through the undergrowth, continue along the edge of the wood.
