During the summer, La Compagnie de Bouteville organises guided tours of the castel of Bouteville combined with a tour of its workshop of French balsamic made of Ugni Blanc grape mold.
It is aged for 3, 6 or 10 years in oak barrels that have contained eau-de-vie from our region.
Milder, lighter and less acidic than vinegar, many starred chefs have chosen Baume de Bouteville to enhance their gastronomic menus.
You will be offered a tasting at the end of the tour.
