En détail

This course will teach you how to make your own brioches. We'll make brioche dough and you'll learn to shape your brioches in different ways;
We'll push our dough and bake it.
We will also make a light cream to garnish our tropezienne.
We'll finish our workshop with a drink and a tropezienne.
