During this workshop, you'll make the macaron shells on a base of Italian meringue, you'll do the dressage with a pastry bag and we'll make the insides of the macaroons corresponding to the desired flavour. You'll have the pleasure of tasting them and sharing the remaining macaroons with the other participants.
