Since 1651, the Millefeuille has continued to delight gourmets. Today, sweet tooths can enjoy it in its most classic form, with its traditional black and white marbled icing, or in a revisited form thanks to the talents of numerous pastry chefs. In this workshop, you'll learn how to make it in its most classic form. The programme includes making the puff pastry, baking, preparing the vanilla cream, assembling the millefeuille and then icing it. Enthusiasts beware!
