Introduction to the chef :
Loïc Blain has been a cookery teacher at the Saint-Germain-
de-Lusignan for the past eight years. He was previously head chef at gourmet restaurants such as Christopher Coutanceau's in La Rochelle.
His aim is to work with local producers and seasonal produce.
