En détail
The event will take place on sections closed to traffic, with lanes laid out; the other parts of the circuit will include a half carriageway reserved for the event and closed to traffic. The circuit is marked out and closed by barriers, tape and other means in accordance with the Highway Code. Crossings of the circuit are open at key crossings. The associated priorities and regulation are ensured by signallers identifiable by an armband. For those wishing to go into the village, reinforced signs will be posted on the approach to the circuit and a diversion will be set up. Residents along the route will be given a few days' notice of this temporary change in traffic flow.
A civil liability policy has been taken out with an insurance company to cover the entire event.
On the course, near the counting station and for the duration of the event, a refreshment station will offer various hot and cold drinks (water, fruit juice, coffee, soda, energy drinks, bouillon, etc.) and solid food (fruit, dried fruit, biscuits, cheese, rice pudding, sandwiches, etc.). Several sponging stations will be set up on the circuit: the number may be increased if the weather conditions are scorching.
Each competitor and each participant in the organisation will be served a full meal in the château stables on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning.
Accompanying persons will be able to eat with the competitors, subject to registration.
Meals will be provided by us.
