The gîte is the converted walnut drying barn and dates back at least 150 years. An impressive large space for social living, ideal for families; the enclosed garden with its (shared) swimming pool provides a safe play area for children. Rated 3*

There are two other gîtes on site, but all have private terraces with views over the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. The owners live on site in a separate residence and are always willing to help.

The gîte is approximately 132 m2 and has a large open plan ground floor space with a full height ceiling, making it ideal for families. There is a mezzanine for slightly older children with a small pool table.
Guest access
There are three gîtes on site - each with its own private terrace. Guests are free to enjoy the grounds and pool, and even feed the chickens.
Other points to note
Wine (and Cognac) is an important aspect of the region. For stays of 7 days or more, we can offer a complementary tasting of some local wines on request to give you an insight into the qualities that make the Bordeaux region so special. We also have links with several wineries in the region with whom we can arrange tailor-made tours and tastings.
We are also licensed to offer a selection of our favourite wines by the glass and bottle for you to enjoy in the sunshine.
Part of the appeal of our gite is its beautiful rural setting, however, in this rural location this means that we are unable to offer a quality service.
