Distillers for four generations, Castel-Sablons Estate invites you to discover its range of cognac: VS, VSOP, XO as well as pineau des Charentes. The house distinguishes itself by offering the traditional Charentais Brûlot, called "Flamme des Anges", a recipe for coffee flambéed with cognac (large choice of tableware on-site). The owners also offer another speciality, grape verjuice, green grape juice, a natural acidifier for use in cooking.
